Big News and Exciting Updates from The Sleep Fixer

Hello everyone,

You may have noticed that I’ve made a bit of a comeback on social media over the last few days. For those of you who haven’t seen it yet, or if this newsletter is your first update from me in a while—thank you for sticking with me!

The last six months have been a bit of a rollercoaster with some medical tests and challenges that required my focus. I’ve had to direct my energy into my one-to-one clients, and that was about all I could manage. However, I’m so happy to share that, as of Tuesday, I received the all-clear from my tests—everything is fine! I just have to take some medication daily, but it’s the best possible outcome.

Now that this weight has been lifted off my shoulders, I’m feeling energised and ready to push forward with the things I’ve always wanted to focus on.

The big reason I’ve been more active on social media lately is because I’ve just relaunched my Digital Sleep Workshop. This was one of the first things I created when I launched my website back in 2019. Some of you who have worked with me one-to-one may recognise it as part of the resources I’ve offered to clients. But now, I want to make it available to more people.

The whole ethos behind The Sleep Fixer was to make quality sleep advice accessible to everyone, regardless of where they live or how much they can spend. Sleep support can be expensive, and Google is often overwhelming with conflicting information when you're just trying to help your children sleep better.

So, this Digital Sleep Workshop is designed for children aged 1 to 11 (though older children may find it helpful too). It covers the science and physiology of sleep, how sleep deprivation can affect children, what good sleep looks like, and some effective strategies you can implement right away to improve your child’s sleep. It’s like having a one-to-one consultation with me, but in video form.

The best part? This workshop is offered on a pay-what-you-can-afford basis. And if you’re in a position where you can’t pay right now—please don’t. There’s absolutely no judgment, and I want you to access the help you need. Any contributions go directly toward developing more free services for families who need it. My mission has always been to give back and help as many people as possible overcome the challenges of sleep deprivation.

If you haven’t been a one-to-one client with me yet, you’ll find the link to the Digital Sleep Workshop below. And if you have, you already have access to this in your client package.

Please feel free to share this with friends, family, colleagues, or even your child’s school. Sleep deprivation can feel incredibly lonely and stressful. Many people don’t talk about it, but the more we share these resources, the more people we can help. Let’s create a community of support for all those struggling with sleep!

Lastly, you’ll be hearing more from me going forward. The last six months have been a whirlwind, but now that I’m back in full force, I’m excited to focus on all the projects and ideas that I’ve had on hold.

Have a wonderful week, and thank you again for your support.

With love and gratitude,

Kerry

P.S. Don’t forget to check out the Digital Sleep Workshop and share it with anyone who could use some sleep support!
